Day 4 - Nailing down what is messing with me

Tummy doing a little better today. I've been taking my probiotics. For the last couple days I have been waiting to eat until I'm genuinely empty, which is when my tummy is least upset. And I'm doing a sort of elimination diet in combination with the Week 1 food plan. I'm just eating a few bites of a single food and waiting to see what happens.

Foods that are bothering me:
Wheat
Potatoes
Spicy foods
Bacon
Tomatoes in any form
Unripe melon
Dark chocolate
Olive oil (Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!)
Grass-fed beef
Grass-fed lamb
Grass-fed bison
mustard. mayonnaise and ketsup

On the fence
Kefir - small amounts
Cultured organic ghee

What's not bothering me:
Water
Pasture-raised chicken and eggs
Roast pasture-raised turkey breast
Wild-caught salmon
Coffee with heavy cream
Ripe melon
Jasmine rice
Cucumbers
Apple cider vinegar
Bubbies dill pickles
zucchini

I'm trying other foods and updating my list as the days wear on.

I miss my summer salads!

    Ugh. Hang in there, Georgia! I hope you feel better soon. Do you have a nutritionist or dietician you can enlist to help you?
